Because the original label “Made in France” is still on this, I would say that this is galalith, French Bakelite. This is a charming figure of a black face with rhinestone eyes and hand painted red mouth. It unscrews to reveal a clear glass perfume vial with a long dauber which is stuck and I have not attempted to remove it. Screws together perfectly. There is a small discoloration on the lower half. Approximately 3” tall.
