Clear tube with heavy enameling of yellow, white, orange and blue.  Clear glass is twisted with gold flashing at the top.  Tight-fitting large dauber.  The enameling on the bottle is in very fine condition.  Beautifully created. No chips or damage.  Late eighteen-nineteen century.  Hand blown, hand decorated.  Pictured in Jean Sloan's first book "Perfume and Scent Bottle Collecting" p43. Approximately 7 1/4" long.
